Taylor&Partners is a Hungarian company who provides market analysis and other sub services for business development in hospitality for free of charge.
Our goal is to enclose current, reliable information to every small and medium sized enterprises in order to improve their daily operation, market ability and attractiveness within the targeted area.
Our best-known product is the Delphoi restaurant support system which is free of charge to every restaurant, café or any other business within the hospitality.

History

Taylor&Partners was founded in 2011 by Zoltan Szabo to adopt benchmarking in hospitality, which was the less common form of market research within the industry.
Once created the Delphoi Restaurant Support System he realized that for the users is not enough to highlight the current market situation- but if it is not satisfactory- he should be able to offer assistance. That is way he added the partners and the four other services.

Activity Index Point (A.I.P):

One of our revolutionary innovation is the Activity Index Point or A.I.P. This is an internationally and evenly calculated number which measures the results of a business in hospitality by utilization and not by income.
Example:
According to Delphoi says that if a restaurant with a capacity of 150 guests, gain a certain amount of income, the result is not the equal level, as if a 50 guest capacity would reach the same.
In practice: a 121-seat restaurant is gaining revenue of £ 1,000, the revenue capacity is 7.9 in A.I.P.
The same revenue £1,000 gives 19.11 A.I.P. for a restaurant with 50-guest capacity.
When the two restaurants records their A.I.P results into Delphoi at the end of the day, one gets lower rank with the 7.9 A.I.P. and the other reached higher rank with 11.99 A.I.P.! Although the two restaurants had same revenue for that day.
Therefore A.I.P is to shows how we can benefit from our business and the level of our potential within the market environment (not to show how much was the income!)
